壓(ya)(ya)力(li)釋放閥適(shi)用(yong)于油(you)(you)(you)(you)浸式(shi)電(dian)力(li)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)力(li)電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)和有(you)載(zai)分接開(kai)關,以保護油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)。油(you)(you)(you)(you)浸式(shi)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)運行中出(chu)現故障時,由(you)于線(xian)圈過(guo)熱(re),部分變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)汽化,氣力(li)輸送變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)內壓(ya)(ya)力(li)迅速(su)升高(gao)。此(ci)時泄(xie)壓(ya)(ya)閥在(zai)2ms內迅速(su)動(dong)作,保護油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)不變(bian)(bian)形或爆裂。當(dang)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)中的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)再次升高(gao)并(bing)達(da)到開(kai)啟壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時,泄(xie)壓(ya)(ya)閥將再次動(dong)作,直到油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)中的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降至(zhi)正常值。由(you)于泄(xie)壓(ya)(ya)閥動(dong)作后能可靠(kao)關閉(bi),油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)外的水和空氣無法進(jin)入(ru)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang),變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)內部不會(hui)被大氣污染。
其他粉體輸送設備在運輸過程中會受到一定的損失,維護費用也比較高。目前是套筒消除的粉體輸送設備。所以機械傳動和氣力輸送機是(shi)不可比擬(ni)的。建議大家(jia)在施工時使用(yong)氣力(li)輸(shu)(shu)送機進(jin)行(xing)粉體輸(shu)(shu)送。
