氣力輸送機料封泵輸灰不(bu)暢的原(yuan)因:空氣輸送設備(bei)(bei)的除(chu)(chu)灰能力(li)不(bu)夠。目前大部分電(dian)廠(chang)氣力(li)輸送設備(bei)(bei)除(chu)(chu)灰性能差(cha),其(qi)(qi)特點是輸送量不(bu)足,其(qi)(qi)原(yuan)因有設備(bei)(bei)選(xuan)型(xing)小、煤(mei)種多等。
氣力除灰能力不足的主要原因是實際煤種比設計煤的多。空氣除灰系統設備失效。系統中的氣動除灰進水閥、止回閥、壓力變送器等部件的損壞會造成系統堵塞,排料閥、平衡器的故障也會導致除灰系統的故障。氣力輸送設備的料封泵除灰操作參數沒有及時調整。由于工作過程中,由于除塵器塵量增加,操作員對堵塞管道、手工調節操作參數、縮短給料時間、增加輸送次數、降低氣灰比、加重設備磨損、降低系統產量等都有一定影響。
