有不同類型的氣力輸送系統。粉體氣力輸送機輸送根據管道內空氣的壓(ya)力(li)狀態分為負壓(ya)式和正壓(ya)式,即(ji)吸入式和壓(ya)力(li)式;另外,還有兩者(zhe)的結合,即(ji)吸力(li)和壓(ya)力(li)閉(bi)路循環。
負壓氣體輸送系統(即吸吸式):負壓氣力輸送生產線一般由受料器、物料輸送管道、卸料器、除塵器、風機氣源設備等組成。氣源設備置于系統末端,物料的輸送過程在風機吸風段一側完成。環境清潔:氣力輸送機裝置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)負壓下工作,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)和灰塵不會飛(fei)走;用(yong)于將物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)從多地(di)(di)集(ji)中(zhong)運輸(shu)(shu)到一地(di)(di);用(yong)于堆積面積較(jiao)廣或儲存位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)深、較(jiao)低的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)運輸(shu)(shu)(如倉(cang)庫、貨船(chuan)等散糧運輸(shu)(shu));物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)運輸(shu)(shu)簡單(dan)方便,不受空間(jian)和地(di)(di)點限(xian)制(zhi)。美中(zhong)不足:卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)器(qi)和除塵器(qi)對嚴(yan)密性要(yao)(yao)求較(jiao)高,要(yao)(yao)求在(zai)密閉條件下卸(xie)(xie)料(liao)(liao)(liao),使得設(she)備結構較(jiao)為復雜;輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)和輸(shu)(shu)送距離有限(xian),動(dong)力(li)消(xiao)耗高。
正壓氣(qi)(qi)體輸送(song)(song)(song)(即壓力輸送(song)(song)(song)型):正壓氣(qi)(qi)力輸送(song)(song)(song)生(sheng)產線一(yi)般由(you)氣(qi)(qi)源(yuan)設(she)備、輸送(song)(song)(song)管道(dao)、料(liao)斗、加料(liao)器(qi)(qi)、物料(liao)分離器(qi)(qi)、鎖風器(qi)(qi)、除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)等組成(cheng);氣(qi)(qi)源(yuan)置于系統(tong)前(qian)端,物料(liao)的輸送(song)(song)(song)過程(cheng)在(zai)風機(ji)壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)段一(yi)側完成(cheng)。與負壓相(xiang)比,其優點是(shi):適合大流量、長(chang)距(ju)離輸送(song)(song)(song);送(song)(song)(song)料(liao)裝置占用一(yi)定高度,結構(gou)(gou)復雜,需要在(zai)密閉條件(jian)下(xia)送(song)(song)(song)料(liao);卸料(liao)器(qi)(qi)結構(gou)(gou)簡(jian)單;它可以(yi)防止雜質進入(ru)系統(tong)。美中不足:容易造成(cheng)灰塵(chen)飛出,運輸條件(jian)有(you)限。
混(hun)合氣(qi)體輸送(song)(即正壓和(he)負壓相結合):這(zhe)種混(hun)合式(shi)具有以上兩(liang)種的(de)共(gong)同優點和(he)缺點;這(zhe)種類型(xing)的(de)氣(qi)力輸送(song)適用于既需要(yao)骨料又(you)需要(yao)配料的(de)場合,常(chang)用于移動式(shi)氣(qi)力輸送(song)。
