氣力輸(shu)送(song)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一般由氣源、進料(liao)裝置、分離(li)除塵系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、管路(lu)及控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等組成。輸(shu)送(song)距離(li)小于(yu)200m,適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)低(di)壓稀(xi)相輸(shu)送(song)。氣源一般采用(yong)羅茨鼓風機和脈沖布袋(dai)除塵器作為廢氣處理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。整個系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的工作環境(jing)良(liang)*。
以某熱電廠為例,有4臺130t/h燃煤鍋爐,現需要進行鍋爐濕排煙改干排煙的技改要求。輸送距離174m,垂直距離28m。為滿足工程設計要求,保證工程質量,達到工期短、投資少、見效快的目的,為此設計方案為低壓氣力輸送系統,采用低壓連續粉體氣力輸送機。輸(shu)送距離200~300m,輸(shu)送量4~60t/h。低(di)壓連續輸(shu)送泵布置靈活,風壓小,能耗(hao)低(di),操作簡單(dan),運(yun)行(xing)可靠(kao)。在降(jiang)低(di)能耗(hao)和成(cheng)本方面也(ye)具有明顯的優勢。每臺(tai)泵爐為一個輸(shu)送單(dan)元(yuan),四臺(tai)爐實現集中控制,保證系統(tong)運(yun)行(xing)。
