粉體氣力輸送機設備(bei)行業(ye)內沒有明確的分(fen)(fen)類標準,其分(fen)(fen)類也不是很(hen)明確,但行業(ye)內大致可分(fen)(fen)為稀相(xiang)輸送(song)、密相(xiang)輸送(song)和氣力(li)輸送(song)槽式(shi)輸送(song)。這三種傳輸方(fang)式(shi)分(fen)(fen)別具有以(yi)下特點(dian):
1、稀(xi)相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song):稀(xi)相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)通常采用較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)風(feng)速和(he)較(jiao)低的(de)固氣(qi)比,輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)距(ju)離(li)(li)可達(da)數百米。輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)氣(qi)體常采用空氣(qi)或氮氣(qi),動力(li)一(yi)般由羅茨(ci)鼓(gu)風(feng)機提供,物料懸(xuan)浮在管道內。輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)方式分為壓(ya)(ya)力(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)(正壓(ya)(ya))型、吸力(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)(負壓(ya)(ya))型和(he)混合(he)型。正壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)的(de)主(zhu)要特點是輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量大、輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)距(ju)離(li)(li)遠、運行穩定。吸力(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)的(de)主(zhu)要特點是可以(yi)從低處(或大塊地方)、多點輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)到高(gao)處、一(yi)點。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和(he)吸力(li)可以(yi)組(zu)合(he)起來,以(yi)滿(man)足特殊(shu)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)要求。
2、濃相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song):濃相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)分(fen)為發(fa)送(song)(song)罐輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)和旋(xuan)轉閥(fa)(fa)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)。發(fa)送(song)(song)罐的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)是(shi)通(tong)過將(jiang)發(fa)送(song)(song)罐加壓(ya)到一定的(de)壓(ya)力,通(tong)過切換卸料閥(fa)(fa)和風(feng)刀來分(fen)配物(wu)料(物(wu)料在管道中呈柱塞狀態)來實(shi)現的(de)。該(gai)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)風(feng)速低且固氣(qi)(qi)比高,輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力高。常(chang)采用空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)或氮氣(qi)(qi)作(zuo)為輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),動力一般由壓(ya)縮機提供。主要特點是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)速度低,對(dui)物(wu)料質量(liang)影響小。轉閥(fa)(fa)密相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)采用稀(xi)相(xiang)正(zheng)壓(ya)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方式,動力由壓(ya)縮機提供。該(gai)系統壓(ya)力高、流量(liang)低但輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)能力大,對(dui)物(wu)料幾乎無影響。
3、空氣(qi)(qi)輸(shu)送槽(cao)輸(shu)送:主(zhu)(zhu)要由上下(xia)殼(ke)(ke)體、中間穿孔(kong)板、透氣(qi)(qi)層(ceng)等部分(fen)組成,通(tong)常按一定(ding)的坡度(du)布置。上、下(xia)殼(ke)(ke)被(bei)透氣(qi)(qi)層(ceng)分(fen)成上、下(xia)矩形腔(qiang)體。壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)進入(ru)下(xia)腔(qiang),穿過透氣(qi)(qi)層(ceng),使上腔(qiang)內的粉狀物(wu)料膨脹流化,并沿斜坡向下(xia)流動(dong)。主(zhu)(zhu)要特點是輸(shu)送量(liang)大、結構簡單、動(dong)力消(xiao)耗(hao)低、設備及維護費用低。
