氣力輸送機料(liao)(liao)封泵(beng)是(shi)(shi)利用氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)沿管道輸(shu)送(song)散(san)(san)裝物料(liao)(liao)的(de)設備。其(qi)工作(zuo)原理是(shi)(shi)來自(zi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)源的(de)低(di)壓空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)經(jing)調節閥、活動氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管、噴嘴進入泵(beng)內(nei)的(de)擴(kuo)散(san)(san)室(shi)。當落料(liao)(liao)斗落入噴嘴和擴(kuo)散(san)(san)器之間(jian)的(de)高(gao)速(su)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)區域時(shi),它被吹走(zou)。除底部(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)化裝置氣(qi)(qi)(qi)化外(wai),物料(liao)(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)化成懸浮狀態。之后(hou)由高(gao)速(su)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)送(song)入擴(kuo)散(san)(san)器的(de)減速(su)器,流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)喉(hou)部(bu)擴(kuo)散(san)(san)器,進入輸(shu)送(song)管道,被送(song)到所需(xu)的(de)卸(xie)料(liao)(liao)點(dian)(例如:倉內(nei)),完(wan)成給(gei)料(liao)(liao)過程(cheng)。
