粉體氣力輸送機管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道連接在給(gei)料(liao)(liao)機(ji)和卸料(liao)(liao)機(ji)之間。輸送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)系統由直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、彎管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、伸縮管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、軟管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道連接件(jian)組(zu)成。常(chang)用(yong)的輸送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)徑為(wei)50-400mm,壁厚為(wei)3-8mm可采用(yong)不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鋁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、硬(ying)塑料(liao)(liao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和鍍鋅鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),氣動食品、醫藥、化工原料(liao)(liao)等行業(ye)的輸送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。粉體工程(cheng)在氣力輸送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道中的設計(ji)、配置及施工原則如(ru)下:
1、輸送距(ju)離(li)應盡可能(neng)短;
2、管道中使(shi)用(yong)的(de)彎(wan)頭數量應盡可能少;
3、充分考慮(lv)以建筑物、廠房為支撐,不影響(xiang)其他設備的維修(xiu)和通道的暢通;
4、氣力輸送機管(guan)道(dao)的支架要承受管(guan)道(dao)的重量和(he)輸送物料的重量,必須有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的強(qiang)度;此外,由于粉體(ti)或顆粒體(ti)的振(zhen)動和(he)末端卸料排氣,應考慮(lv)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的寬限度,并在(zai)(zai)管(guan)道(dao)上采取減(jian)振(zhen)措施;應盡量避免將管(guan)道(dao)埋于地下,如需配置,應安裝在(zai)(zai)管(guan)道(dao)溝(gou)內;
5、管道(dao)多采用法蘭連接。當管道(dao)很長時,應減少法蘭數量,可(ke)在管道(dao)上焊接合適的法蘭,便于拆卸;
6、若采(cai)(cai)用鋁(lv)管,一般采(cai)(cai)用鋼制法(fa)蘭(lan)。為了(le)避免電化學腐蝕(shi),在法(fa)蘭(lan)和鋁(lv)管之間增加了(le)中(zhong)間*緣材(cai)料;
7、輸送高(gao)溫物料或在高(gao)溫環境下工(gong)作(zuo)時,系統(tong)應(ying)考慮防止熱膨脹的措施(shi);
8、根據被輸送(song)物料的特性和可能混入(ru)的異物造成物料輸送(song)管道堵塞,應考(kao)慮設置應急處理疏通口。
